Job Summary
This role sits at the intersection of technical implementation and client management, driving the deployment of AI agents that automate customer interactions and booking processes. You will lead end-to-end implementations, analyze agent performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize sales and booking efficiency. This position requires a hands-on approach to modifying agent behavior and managing direct client relationships across Latin America.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end client implementations of AI agents, managing weekly progress meetings and setting clear expectations.
- Analyze agent conversation logs and transactional data to identify where sales are lost or where the AI agent fails to complete a booking.
- Develop, test, and refine AI agent tools and prompts using Claude Code and other AI-assisted development environments.
- Query database systems to build performance reports, demonstrating clear ROI and increased sales metrics to clients.
- Act as the primary technical and account contact, managing critical client situations with empathy and structured problem solving.
Requirements:
- 1 or more years of experience in technical implementation, data analysis, or a hybrid technical-client role.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data using SQL and write basic scripts in Python.
- Experience or strong familiarity with AI agent implementation and prompt engineering concepts.
- Proven ability to manage B2B accounts, lead client meetings, and resolve issues using data-driven insights.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Santiago de Chile.
- Experience with LLMs and basic JavaScript.
- Familiarity with AI development tools.
