Software Support HRMS
Job Summary
Provide comprehensive technical support and consultation to dealers and customers regarding HRMS software products. Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions provided. Ensure proactive follow-up on outstanding issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for HRMS products
- Maintain logs of customer inquiries and resolutions
- Proactively follow up on pending service tickets
- Collaborate with internal teams for ad-hoc tasks
Required Skills
- Degree/Diploma in IT or related field
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Windows OS
- Experience with POS hardware and networking
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide support such as guidance, troubleshooting or consultation to dealers and customers on HRMS Products via phone calls, emails and remote access.
- Keep record of the job performed such as inquiries, complaints, feedback and solution provided.
- Follow up unfinished job from time to time both internally and externally to ensure customer’s inquiries does not left unattended.
- Able to work both independently as well as a team.
- Ad-hoc task may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
- Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of retails and F&B are added advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft SQL will be added advantage.
- Service-minded, patient, and able to communicate clearly with users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin is added advantages as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Familiar in POS hardware, networking and Windows OS troubleshooting.
