Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional skin consultations and skin analysis for customers.
- Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment packages based on customers’ needs.
- Explain product ingredients, benefits, and treatment details thoroughly.
- Follow up on customers’ treatment progress and product usage.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Establish and maintain complete customer consultation records and files.
- Assist in promoting the company’s products and services through social media and marketing activities.
- Ensure the consultation area and product display area are clean and well-organized.
- Attend company training to continuously stay updated on the latest products and beauty technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in skincare, beauty consultation, aesthetic clinics, or cosmetics retail.
- Experience in skin analysis and product recommendation is required.
- Experience in customer service and sales is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and beauty treatments.
- Able to conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable products and treatment plans based on clients’ skin conditions.
- Familiar with facial treatments, aesthetic procedures, and post-treatment care advice.
- Possess strong sales and consultation skills.
- Knowledge of the latest beauty trends and market products.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to manage appointment scheduling and customer records.
- Able to communicate effectively in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Able to clearly and professionally explain product benefits and treatment procedures to customers.
- Position involves performing interactive skin treatments and demonstrations curated for a female audience; female applicants preferred to ensure authentic brand representation and comfort.
