Job Summary
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive quantity surveying services to our diverse range of construction projects. You will support the team in preparing cost documents, conducting site measurements, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents
- Conducting site measurements and quantity take-offs
- Reviewing and analyzing contract variations and claims
- Compile and present data for internal and client meetings
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure cost-related matters are well-coordinated
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
- Providing technical support and advice to the project team
